Lumina Dev Apps is an iOS and macOS app development studio based in Oshawa, Ontario, Canada. All apps published under the Apple Developer team ID PLV8ZGP769 with bundle ID prefix com.luminadevapps are owned and operated by Direct Parcel Distributors Inc.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information you provide

When you contact us by email, we receive the contents of your message along with your email address. Some of our apps allow you to enter data (such as inventory counts, invoices, study notes, or resume content) — this data is stored locally on your device using SwiftData or equivalent local storage and is not transmitted to us unless explicitly indicated.

2.2 Information collected automatically

Apple may share aggregated, anonymized App Store analytics with us (downloads, crashes, device types). We do not embed third-party analytics SDKs that profile individual users.

• To provide, maintain, and improve our apps and website.

• To diagnose crashes and errors using anonymized data provided by Apple.

4. AI-Powered Features (Anthropic Claude)

Several of our apps include features powered by Anthropic's Claude API. When you use these features:

• The text, prompts, or content you submit to the AI feature is sent to Anthropic's servers (api.anthropic.com) to generate a response.
• Anthropic's data handling is governed by their own Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.
• We do not store, log, or retain your prompts or AI responses on our servers.
• Do not submit personally identifiable patient data, financial account numbers, government IDs, or other regulated personal information to AI features.

• Apple Inc. — for App Store distribution, in-app purchases, push notifications, and platform analytics.

• Google Fonts — our website serves the Sora and Source Code Pro typefaces from fonts.googleapis.com.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

Most app data is stored locally on your device. Where data leaves your device (e.g., AI prompts to Anthropic), it is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS-encrypted connections. We implement reasonable safeguards but no transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Our apps are not directed at children under 13. KidLearn and similar education apps are designed for use under parental supervision and do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us so we can delete it.

Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) and applicable international laws (such as the EU GDPR), you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
