About BizPages
BizPages is a directory of local businesses, published by Direct Parcel Distributors Inc. (trading as Lumina Dev Apps), an Ontario corporation based in Oshawa, Canada. Adverts are written and submitted by the businesses themselves.
Browsing and searching are free and need no account. To post an advert you sign in with Apple and accept these terms. Every advert is checked by a moderator before it appears, and again after every edit.
Who may post
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You may only post a business you own or are authorised to represent.
- The details you give — name, address, phone, email, website, hours and services — must be accurate and kept up to date.
- One account per person. Accounts closed for breaking these terms may not be recreated.
Content that is not allowed
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. Do not post:
- Anything illegal, or a business offering illegal goods or services.
- Sexual or adult content or services, or anything involving minors.
- Hate speech, harassment, threats, or content attacking people over race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, age, sex, gender identity or sexual orientation.
- Violent, graphic or shocking material.
- Weapons, drugs, or other regulated goods offered for sale.
- Scams, pyramid or get-rich-quick schemes, counterfeit goods, or misleading claims.
- Someone else's business, photos, logo or trademark used without permission.
- Other people's personal information, or photographs of people who have not agreed to appear.
- Spam: duplicate adverts, keyword stuffing, or listings unrelated to a real business.
Reporting and blocking
Every advert has a … menu with Report advert and Block advertiser. Neither requires an account.
- Reporting hides the advert from you immediately and sends it to our moderators.
- Blocking hides everything from that advertiser for you, permanently, until you unblock them.
- An advert that is reported by several people is hidden from everyone automatically until it has been reviewed.
- We review reports and act within 24 hours: content that breaks these terms is removed, and the accounts of people who post it are closed.
- The advertiser is not told who reported them.

Your advert and your content
You keep ownership of everything you post. By posting, you give us permission to display and distribute it within BizPages, and you confirm you have the rights to the text and photos you upload.
We may remove or refuse any advert, at any time, if it breaks these terms or the law — including while it is waiting for review.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account inside the app: My Ads → account icon → Delete account. This permanently removes your adverts, their photos, your settings and your account, and disconnects the app from your Apple ID. It cannot be undone.
Accuracy and liability
Adverts are supplied by the businesses that post them. We check every advert against these terms, but we cannot verify that every claim, price or opening time is correct, and we are not a party to any dealings between you and a business you find here. Any arrangement you make with an advertiser is between you and them.
BizPages is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, Direct Parcel Distributors Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app or your dealings with a business listed in it.

How we handle accounts, adverts, photos, reports and deletion is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version always lives at luminadevapps.com/bizpages/terms, with the date above showing the most recent revision. Continuing to use BizPages after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply in it.
