How to request account deletion

To delete your TamilChat account and associated data, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to support@luminadevapps.com from any email address.
2. In the subject line, write: TamilChat Account Deletion Request.
3. In the message, include the phone number associated with your TamilChat account (in international format, e.g. +1 555 555 0000), so we can locate your account.
4. We will verify the request and permanently delete your account and associated data within 30 days, and confirm by email once complete.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

Account profile (name, phone number, user ID, photo)	Deleted
Messages, voice messages, and shared media you sent	Deleted
Saved contacts and contact matches	Deleted
Call records and related metadata	Deleted

Data retention: Account data is deleted within 30 days of a verified request. Limited records may be retained only where required by law (for example, to comply with legal or accounting obligations), after which they are also deleted. We do not sell your data, and contacts are used only to find registered users — they are not stored on our servers.
